Terms of use for this website

The short set of rules that apply when you read kenziq.in or ask to join the pilot.

Last updated 12 September 2026. These terms cover this website only.

Plain summary. This is an information website for a product in private pilot. Nothing here is a contract to supply anything, nothing is for sale, and registering your interest does not guarantee a place. The words and pictures belong to us; please do not copy them wholesale. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

1. What this website is

kenziq.in describes Kenziq, an adaptive Mathematics learning app for children from Nursery to Class 10, and lets an adult ask to be told when a pilot cohort opens. It is operated by Kenziq Learning Technologies.

Kenziq is in private pilot. There is no sign-in on this website, no app to download from it, and nothing to buy. Screens shown on this site are real screens from the app as it stands today; the app is under active development and what it looks like will change.

2. Who may use it

Anyone may read this website. The pilot form is for adults: by submitting it you confirm you are over 18 and that the mobile number you give is yours to give. Please do not submit somebody else's number.

3. Registering interest in the pilot

Submitting the form tells us you would like to be contacted. It is not an application, an enrolment or a purchase, and it does not create an account.

  • We cannot promise you a place. Cohorts are small and we choose who to invite.
  • We cannot promise when. It may be weeks, and it may not happen at all.
  • You may ask us to remove your registration at any time and we will.
  • There is nothing to pay, and we will never ask for a payment on this website.

What we do with your number, and how to have it deleted, is set out in the privacy notice.

4. Accuracy, and what we do not promise

We have tried to make every statement on this website true of the product as it actually is, and to avoid claims about learning results that we cannot evidence. We do not claim that Kenziq will improve any particular child's marks, and nothing on this site should be read that way.

This website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, and we may change or remove anything on it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on information on this website. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

5. What belongs to whom

The Kenziq name, the Kenziq character, the artwork, the copy and the app screens on this website belong to Kenziq Learning Technologies. You are welcome to link to this site, quote a sentence or two with attribution, and share it. Please do not reproduce the artwork or the character, or present this material as your own.

The two typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License and belong to their designers.

6. Please do not

  • Submit the form automatically, repeatedly, or with numbers that are not yours.
  • Try to break, probe or overload the site or the service behind it.
  • Copy the site to pass it off as another product.

The form is rate limited. If you are refused, wait and try again, or write to us instead.

7. The app has its own terms

These terms cover this website. The Kenziq app — accounts, learner profiles, subscriptions where they exist, and what happens to a child's learning record — will be governed by its own terms of use and its own privacy policy. Those documents are being prepared with professional advice and will be published before the app is released. You will be asked to read and accept them in the app; you are not accepting them by using this website.

8. Contact and changes

Write to hello@kenziq.in with any question about these terms, or if you believe something on this website is inaccurate.

If we change these terms we will change this page and update the date at the top.

Join the Kenziq pilot

Tell us how to reach you and which classes your child is in. We will write to you when a cohort opens.

A 10-digit Indian mobile number. We use it only to write to you about the pilot.

Are you writing as

We ask for a mobile number and a class range. We do not ask for your child's name, school or date of birth, and this form creates no learner account.
