Privacy notice for this website

What kenziq.in collects when you ask to join the pilot, why we ask for it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed.

Last updated 12 September 2026. This notice covers this website only.

Plain summary. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising trackers. The only information it collects is what you type into the pilot form: a mobile number, a class range and whether you are writing as a parent or as a teacher. We use it to write to you about the pilot and for nothing else. Ask us and we will delete it.

1. Who we are

Kenziq is an adaptive Mathematics learning app for children from Nursery to Class 10, built in India. The website and the app are operated by Kenziq Learning Technologies.

Kenziq is in private pilot. It is not on sale and has not been released publicly. Our full registered entity details and the name of our grievance officer will be published on this page before the app is released; we are not going to print a registration number here that we cannot yet stand behind.

You can reach us at hello@kenziq.in about anything in this notice.

2. What this website collects

Nothing at all until you submit the pilot form. There is no sign-in, no account and no profile on this site.

When you submit the form we record exactly four things:

Your mobile number
Ten digits, so that we can write to you when a cohort opens. It is the only way we have to reach you.
The class range your child is in
One of four ranges — Nursery to UKG, Classes 1 to 5, Classes 6 to 8, Classes 9 and 10 — so that we invite you to a cohort that suits your child. This does not name your child or identify them.
Whether you wrote as a parent or as a teacher
So that we send you the right note.
The date and time you agreed to this notice
So that we can show your agreement came before we held anything.

We do not ask for, and the form has no field for: your name, your email address, your address, your child's name, your child's date of birth, your child's school, or any free text. This is deliberate. A field that exists is a field that eventually collects something, so we did not build them.

Like any web server, ours records the ordinary technical details of a request — the address it came from and the time — in short-lived operational logs used to keep the service up and to stop automated abuse of the form. These are not used to build a profile of you.

3. Children

This website is written for adults. It is not aimed at children, nothing on it invites a child to sign up, and it collects no information about a child. The class range you choose describes a cohort, not a person.

The Kenziq app is different: a child uses it, and an adult sets it up. In the app, a parent or guardian verifies a mobile number and confirms they are the child's guardian before any learning data is collected, and a child's learning is stored against a random identifier with no name, school or email attached to it. The app has its own consent notice, shown before anything is collected, and its own full privacy policy. That policy is being prepared with professional advice and will be published before the app is released. Joining this pilot list does not create a child's account and does not begin any of that.

4. Why we hold it, and what we will not do with it

We hold your number for one purpose: to contact you about taking part in the Kenziq pilot. You gave us that purpose when you ticked the box on the form, and we do not have another one.

  • We do not sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
  • We do not use it to advertise to you anywhere else.
  • We do not add it to a general mailing list.
  • We do not combine it with anything about your child.

Your number is stored on our own servers. A small number of people working on Kenziq can see the list in order to send invitations. It is not published anywhere and it is not accessible from this website.

5. How long we keep it

Until the pilot programme it relates to has finished, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever is first. When the pilot closes we delete the registrations that were never invited.

If you ask us to delete your registration we mark it as withdrawn immediately so that no further invitation can go to you, and we remove it from the list.

6. Your choices, and how to use them

Write to hello@kenziq.in from any address, quoting the mobile number you registered, and tell us which of these you want. We will reply.

  • Tell me what you hold. We will send you back everything stored against your number, which will be the four things listed in section 2.
  • Correct it. Submitting the form again with the same number updates the class range and the role. Nothing is duplicated.
  • Delete it. We remove your registration and stop contacting you.
  • Stop contacting me. Same thing, and you do not have to give a reason.

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights over personal data about you, including access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal. The four routes above are how we honour them for this website. If we have not dealt with something properly, say so in the same email and we will treat it as a grievance; the name and contact details of a designated grievance officer will be published on this page before the app is released.

7. Cookies, trackers and storage

This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and includes no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking code. We do not know how many people visited this page, and we have accepted that in exchange for not watching you.

No outside service is contacted at all. Every file this page loads — the pictures, the code and the two typefaces it is set in — comes from kenziq.in. There is no font service, no content delivery network and no embedded video or map. Your browser tells nobody but us that you were here.

8. Changes to this notice

If we change what this website collects or why, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it. If the change is significant and you are on the pilot list, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Join the Kenziq pilot

Tell us how to reach you and which classes your child is in. We will write to you when a cohort opens.

A 10-digit Indian mobile number. We use it only to write to you about the pilot.

Are you writing as

We ask for a mobile number and a class range. We do not ask for your child's name, school or date of birth, and this form creates no learner account.
